Kelly’s Story: Finding Direction
Finding Direction
Dad and I continued to talk about many different topics, and I grew more and more curious in finding the answers to life’s more common problems. I recognized Synchronicity in our conversations. I silently wondered…could we work together to share life mysteries, beliefs, and concerns as I was experiencing them today? Then another Synchronistic moment happened that changed my direction completely. I stumbled upon a website that was teaching online business and website management. www.sitebuildit.com.
“YES!! I could build him a better website!” I did not tell him my ideas right away, but Synchronicity continued to occur for me.
He spoke of how some large companies are growing at the expense of our health and security. He talked a lot about how I needed to speak to my peers and tell them to put down the entertainment gossip and care about the status of the world and our country. He intensely cautioned me that people my age are feeling like they cannot make a difference, so they are falling more and more victim to the ideas stemming from corruption and propaganda. He told me he was concerned for the future generation — just another example of how he loved to think through issues.
He went on to explain that the less connected we are to our Spirit, to our inner guidance, and to the nutrients received from nature, the less likely we are to teach our children these gifts. And so, he gathered, we are facing a future world in great trouble. I imagined right away that his words really could inspire change in the world. So I got all of my research together, and the discussion began for a brand new website for the 20th anniversary of The Celestine Prophecy.
Helping create the Celestine Vision’s new website was certainly an exciting time for me. I felt a new found confidence brewing inside and an original ability to be creative and help others. I felt the pressure, but it was the good kind; it challenged and grew me every day. I learned to manage a large information website, and I have loved experimenting with writing my perspectives, struggles, and resolutions as I have lived them.
Well here we are, three years later and our little family project is finally underway, including the beautiful words from you, and many new ideas that are coming to fruition. I want to be honest as I write and explain my perspectives today and also tell you how the website is doing based on what I am learning from my Dad.
– So this will be my very next post! 🙂
