I've just read all the insights, and have been waiting on the movie for a year now. Im so keen to see it enter nz's theatre's as it would open new zealander's views. Please Please Please get it here, i thought it was going worldwide at the same time.

I just saw that the movie is available for pre-order on Amazon.com for a Dec 19th release! What a great holiday gift for me and many on my list!

Even if you don't purchase from Amazon.com I would suggest reviewing their sales description of the movie. Scroll down to the product information and review the Region Encoding information. It is important that your buy a DVD that will play in your region if it has been specifically region encoded or that your DVD equipment will play (or work around) any region encoding. This is very handy useful information that may save you some frustration from purchasing a DVD you can not watch.



Here is a rundown of the regions:

Region 1: U.S., Canada, U.S. Territories

Region 2: Japan, Europe, South Africa, and Middle East (including Egypt)

Region 3: Southeast Asia and East Asia (including Hong Kong)

Region 4: Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Central America, Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean

Region 5: Eastern Europe (Former Soviet Union), Indian subcontinent, Africa, North Korea, and Mongolia

Region 6: China

Region 7: Reserved

Region 8: Special international venues (airplanes, cruise ships, etc.)



For those of you without region free DVD players you may need a PAL, not NTSC, version of the DVD. Most countries outside of the US use PAL. Please check to see if your country is one of them. You can do a web search on International Television Standards and you should get a whole number of sites that will explain it to you. New Zealand you are PAL.

Hi folks,
I read your recent posts...waiting for the movie. I purchased a copy of it for my own use and to share with folks...it was available on Amazon website...but as a note, I most preferred the books. True, the movie is visual, and in my opinion did a lovely job showing the aura's of others, along with all of the beauty visible through a new perception....but the book had tremendous 'insight' and characters not mentioned in the movie. Forgive my ignorance, but do you have access to Amazon in Germany and New Zealand? I purchased my DVD, there, for less than $10.00, though it was used.

I have enjoyed the posts here....I read every day, and feel the interest and 'enthusiasm' from each soul who is searching. I'm currently 'studying' and enjoying The Celestine Prophecy; An Experiential Guide, after reading all three of the 'triology-adventures.' I surely recommend this study guide...it really opens many doors and provides tremendous possibilities.
