"I am not alone in experiencing the effects of my thoughts."
1. The idea for today is obviously the reason why your seeing does not affect you alone. You will notice that at times the ideas related to thinking precede those related to perceiving, while at other times the order is reversed. The reason is that the order does not matter. Thinking and its results are really simultaneous, for cause and effect are never separate.
2. Today we are again emphasizing the fact that minds are joined. This is rarely a wholly welcome idea at first, since it seems to carry with it an enormous sense of responsibility, and may even be regarded as an "invasion of privacy." Yet it is a fact that there are no private thoughts. Despite your initial resistance to this idea, you will yet understand that it must be true if salvation is possible at all. And salvation must be possible because it is the Will of God.
3. The minute or so of mind searching which today's exercises require is to be undertaken with eyes closed. The idea for today is to be repeated first, and then the mind should be carefully searched for the thoughts it contains at that time. As you consider each one, name it in terms of the central person or theme it contains, and holding it in your mind as you do so, say:
I am not alone in experiencing the effects of this thought about ______ .
4. The requirement of as much indiscriminateness as possible in selecting subjects for the practice periods should be quite familiar to you by now, and will no longer be repeated each day, although it will occasionally be included as a reminder. Do not forget, however, that random selection of subjects for all practice periods remains essential throughout. Lack of order in this connection will ultimately make the recognition of lack of order in miracles meaningful to you.
5. Apart from the "as needed" application of today's idea, at least three practice periods are required, shortening the length of time involved, if necessary. Do not attempt more than four.
Body language is a give away. 
Our thoughts seem to reside in our auras as well. When someone is thinking hard about a subject, another can usually sense it. We create tangles in our energy fields when we try to conceal our thoughts from others.
Here's a question ... what is the difference between thought and intent?

Genehrsy --- there is no difference for me --- because my thoughts are energy that (I am sharing) within the whole world!!!   
So, I must continue to (monitor my thoughts) so that I am always sending out (goodness) into my home amoung my people!!!
I am after all the creator in (tiny form) so--- I must be careful what I allow my mind ---(with that kind of awsome power)--- to create and send out into my world--- our one universe!!!
We have the power to create heaven on earth and within ourselves
be careful what you (think)--- for ---- you may receive it!!!

No, we are all co-creating together. We connect so we can see that it is always a joint manifestation on some level.
If I believe your intentions were harmful then I will feel their effect. If I believe your intentions were misguided I will be gentle with you. When I know your co-creating with me I will realise my role is important.
For one cannot create a black forest gateau if another begins to create a merigue. When we change our dance steps the whole dance changes.

We said before that prayer is the medium of miracles. The miracle prayer IS what you wrote, i.e. "If you will tell me what to do,
I will to do it." *
This prayer is the door that leads out of the desert forever.
* (Correction next day. This is not a complete statement, because it does not exclude the negative.
We have already told you ~hx~ to add "
and NOT to do what you would not have me do."
in connection with miracles.
The distinction has also been made here between "miracle-mindedness"
STATE, and"miracle-doing" as its expression.
The former needs YOUR careful protection, because it is a state
of miracle-READINESS . This is what the Bible means in the many references to "Hold yourself ready" and other similar injunctions.
Readiness here means keep your perception right side up, (or valid),
so you will ALWAYS be ready, willing, and able.
These are the essentials for "listen, learn, and do."
You must be
READY to listen
WILLING to learn
and ABLE to do
Only the last is involuntary, 
because it is the APPLICATION of miracles which must be Christ-controlled.
But the other two, which are the voluntary
aspects of miracle-mindedness, a~r~e
ARE up to you.
To channelize DOES have a "narrowing down" connotation,
though NOT in the sense of lack.
The underlying state of mind, or Grace is a total committðment.
Only the DOING aspect involves the channel at all.
This is because doing is always specific.
As Name said, "A reliable instrument must measure something,"
but a channel is also valid.
It must learn to do ONLY what it is supposed to do.
Change the prayer to read:
If you will tell me what to do,
ONLY THAT I will to do.

and that others will to do
can only be discovered by understanding the 2 de insight
