Hello all, i just signed on today and read many of the posts and subjects. I was very happy to go through them.
I read S Prophecy and S Vision last month and began working with the books on myself and family -(theater analyzation as if it was my thesis..), understanding lots of things bout myself and the questions of who/what we are and what we are doing here, which i was concerned since a young girl. I have now passed the book to my mother who suddenly is following my own progression!!! (To this i would like to thank for the Greek translation of CP since my mother is now able to read this amazing book...many many thanks, hope the movie gets Greek subtitles as well)

The next step was for me to research the part of dreams, since i always dreamt and been writing them down for more than 10 years now, not knowing exactly why -now i think i do-.....

Anyways for 3 weeks now i am on the net reading on dreams and brain exercises thus leading me to lucid dreaming (when u r conscious in ur dream and realise u are dreaming -i had a lucid dream last week) techniques which im now practicing. I now can recall 2-3 dreams per night and write them down.

2 nights ago I had an experience while dreaming.
Dream: I opened my front door and saw an angel shadow so thought i should get my keys and go outside to explore. As i run in the hallway to get the keys my body was overtaken and began to float parallel but close to the floor going towards the door and turning around a wall on a darker side. As this was happening my body was vibrating and when in the darkness my body frozen i could not move, felt scared but at the same time wanted to explore and thought maybe i can leave my body, right at this thought my body began to vibrate more and heard loud static noises. I got scared and wished to wake up and so i did opening my eyes and seeing my cat sleeping on my feet, therefore i knew i was not actually vibrating my physical body.
This experience was very vivid and i remember it very clearly. As i read onward on such experience it seems like when one is astral projecting the first step is these vibrations of the etheric body.

I am just posting this to see if anyone can help me in understanding or if any had similar experience or any knowledge on the subject or dreams.

It is nice to meet you.

It sounds like you have probably already figured your dream out. Our dreams are a reflection of our thoughts throughout the day. And since you have been doing much research on dreams and how to become active in them it sounds like you are getting some practice in. Awesome.

Michelle thank you for ur reply.
I would like to know if anyone has knowledge on any such experience meaning astral projection.
It was my first conscious experience interesting yet scary at the same time. If anyone has experienced something similar please help me understand these vibrations i felt, and any suggestions.
