Guides and angels

Hi All,

Are any of you interested in guides and angels? I'd love to hear your experiences:

About 4 weeks ago I attended a holistic fair. I attended a workshop on angels and to my amazement was chosen by the angel channeller Netty Warburton to have a reading and a picture channelled for me.

Basically I had to go into meditation. My dear friend was sat in the audience with a group of about 20 other people. The angel channeller closed her eyes. She had small wax squares and a hot iron. She went into trance and began to move the iron over the wax squares. When she had finished she presented me with the picture and a reading.

The picture has many figures in it. Animals, angels, people. She described a couple of guides to me but I couldn't see them at first. Archangel michael and Archangel Chamuel are very evident and so are two other angels.

This is four weeks on and I can now see what she was describing. She never showed me where she saw the guides. However, recently I saw exactly what she had said was there and more besides.

Had my friend not watched what had taken place I might myself have found it hard to believe. Infact the angel channeller picture showed the two archangels I had been asking for help.

The reading spoke of many things that are personal but the most obvious things was about my relationships. She spoke of the draining people in my life. She was so spot on.

I was brought up to believe that nothing like this was possible but well the picture speaks for itself.

I felt an urge to share this just now and maybe it will inspire others here to share:

Wow, quite interesting. Did you tell her anything about your life before the reading or did she just randomly pick you from the crowd? Anyways, I really don't know much about angels but you might want to get a few of Doreen Virtue's books. She is all about angels and she has one that I bought that defined them. Michael and Chamuel are both angels that help dispel fear. Michael more works with the lightworkers of the world working through them to help heal the world of fear and Chamuel works on a more personal basis with us to help heal us from fear within our personal lives. To help keep us safe.

I personally, again, can't say that I have had much contact or knowledge of angels myself but I do seem to have at least a small connection with my spirit guides. They have given me insight in a few ways. The most interesting ones being hearing particular phrases when I first wake up in the morning that don't seem to originate from me. One in particular threw me during a time that I was dealing with someone who was in a sort of delusional world. I basically woke up and kept hearing Prometheus who is a Greek God which I knew little about. It turned out that the guides wanted me to try and trick him into seeing how he was misconstruing his reality but unfortunately the guy was too far gone so I wasn't able to help but I know for a fact that the information didn't come from me because it wasn't something I would have even begun to think about. Anyways I do believe that we all have access to communicating with our guides and we just need to still our minds and bodies and the insights will come through.

Anyways, I have been going to a site called the 1111Angels board and there are a few threads with people who have told stories about actual experiences with angels. http://board.1111angels.com/index.php I would like to point out though that the main theme of the site is about people who are experiencing time prompts. Meaning they are noticing that when they look at the clock there seems to be a consitency of seeing the time 11:11. There is also some talk about a bible type book called Urantia that is a little beyond my comprehension and then there are a few threads that are supposedly from channelled sources that I'm not sure are completely legit. I mean I believe in channeling but some of the views discussed I don't necessarily totally agree with so if anyone decides they want to check out the site I just suggest going with an open mind and deciding or yourself what feels right for you. I actually suggest that for anything that is put in front of you whether that is the bible, a scientific study or just your neighbors advice and how to live your life. It is really imperative for our own well being that we follow our own path and stay true to ourselves rather than be swayed too much by other people. Anyways since you brought angels up a couple of times I thought that maybe you might want to check out the site.

hi. i've been reading angel books for the last year, mostly Doreen Virutes books. I couldn't even tell you how I was led into this. I read a few books on how to talk to Angels. Then i found someone to do Angel readings for me. She was extremely accurate, but then told me to trust myself and try it. I worked on that the last 5 months and have now come to believe that I'm clairaudient. I would ask the Angels a question and I would get a name in my head. Some of them I would look up on the internet and it would definitely have meaning for me. Some stuff I would look up would even relate to something I might have watched on tv that day, down to the exact movie. Its like someone close to you knows exactly what your thinking. I've even heard voices 2x., when I was in the shower tell me something. I didn't believe it at first, I questioned everyone in my house and nobody said they yelled for me or were even near the bathroom I was in at the time. And in August, I was sitting reading a book and out of nowhere I heard a song play outloud that has a special meaning to me. I kind of blew it off and thought my daughter must of had the itunes on on the computer or the radio. I asked her later and she said she wasn't even listening to music. Then a few wks. later, I got a name in my head and I looked this person up and found out this person was in some movie called, "Music from another room". I couldn't believe it, I know the Angels were confirming for me that I did hear something.

Has anyone else ever experienced this kind of stuff? I'm finally getting used to it, but its been a rough year. I'm trying to get used to this idea that I must have some sort of ability or connection with some higher power. I would of never thought I'd be interested in this stuff. I went to Catholic school my whole life, but have never really been religious. I even got away from going to church and stuff. And I've been thinking what my purpose is in life. I went to college to be a teacher, but am not interested in that anymore, now I stay home w/ my kids. But I'm now very interested in philosophy, psychology, and of course this book. let me know your thoughts.

It does indeed sound as though you have opened up to the spirit world. There is much help out there through guides or angels whatever you would like to think of them. If we pay attention to their messages they help us get through life with the greatest of ease.

I have been doing Angel card readings for a select group of frieds for about a year now. So far they have not indicated that anything I have told them is wrong. And I know my friends. They were skeptical at first and now call me to ask when I am next in the area to give them a reading.

I have Doreen Virtue's "Angel Oracle" cards and a few of her books. I personally believe these have gone a long way in the last year towars my own development.

I got into Angel readings from two different sources. One was a local medium telling me to seek their wisdom along with the Akashic records. The other was the owner of one of my local stores who suggested the Angel cards when I looked lost in her store.

Both hppened within a week of each other.

Hi All,

I was listening to becky walsh on achieveradio.com speaking about guides. She was saying "spirit guides can help us identify blocks however they will not make exact decisions for you because this is your free will"
This has been useful for me to know.

Also what i realise is that my guides won't make life smooth for me. They will actually lead me into situations that make me grow. At times this can seem like I am on rocky ground but moving forward.

Take the other day my supervisor spoke to me about how i would tell people about things to get approval and prove i was good enough. However, this may mean i am divulging others info and breeching unintentionally confidentiality my checking if what i was saying was right.
I was terribly upset at the criticism. But, actually it has corrected a habit i had and increased my awareness.

Again I wanted to know the blocks in my relationship and an article in a magazine revealed to me the exact reasons. Also my bf left arm became inflammed. However, after we spoke and i explained the article he said this was the block and then a few days later the arm went better.

So i am thinking when i ask i have to realise the truth may make me upset but also give me valuable info to change my behaviour.
