Anyone know any high alkaline recipes?

Hi All,



I have just begun reading the eleventh insight. I have been become more aware of my thoughts and affirmative prayer. But, I was alarmed by the mention of foods. How the microbes set in and begin returning one to the earth and how we start rotting.



I would like some help about Alkaline foods. My issue is I just need some guidance. I have never really known how to cook healthy foods. I eat meats, breads, flour, sugars, fats. I have cut out the saturated fat quite a bit.



Any tasty healthy, high alkaline recipes that any of you know about?



I never know what to do with veg and I notice when my budget is low this is the main thing that gets dropped.



Help needed desperately!!

Hi Theressa,



I can't say that I have any good recipes. Cooking is really not my thing. But I think if you did a search on Alkaline Diets you would get a whole wealth of information. Probably more than you can handle. If you switch to the diet let us know how it goes.
