Life’s reflection

I would like to share my experience of refection.

At the time when I became a physical and mental therapist after working in IT field for 10 years, a friend recommended me to go to India strongly and I joined the 1 month course in India.

It was a kind of awakening course.
But I really didn’t know what will be given us.
During the course, lectures, movies and some meditation were given.
I enjoyed the time. It seemed everything worked well except one thing.

When I saw a Japanese lady who attended from Germany for the first time, her attitude was already outstanding.
From the first day in a course she came last and set the front seat moving other seats. Another time she jumped the long line for shopping and getting meals. And the third time when I saw, common bathroom became messy after she used.

One night when I was sleeping with high fever, someone switched on an air-conditioner by mistake for next room with people not in favor of air conditioner. I couldn’t hold my temper from shivering from the cold and went to a stuff room to complain about her attitude.
The stuff understood the situation but only commented she is looking forward to how my attitude will be changed by the end of the course.
It was beyond my expectation. No more word was coming out of my mouth.

That night after went back to sleep, somebody in a dream demanded me to hug and kiss her. I said that it is impossible to hug and kiss the person I am not comfortable with, but I did hug her finally.

Next day I didn’t see her anywhere, the day after next day I saw her, she was smiling and giving massage to a roommate. After that, I didn’t feel any negative to her.

Then I remembered the story of The North Wind and the Sun.
I noticed my inner feeling was creating such a situation.

I am still practicing every day to see inside and outside.
