A friend gave me a copy of the Celestine Prophecy last week and said I have to read it!!! So I sat down on Monday and read it all in one sitting. I could not believe what I was reading. I have been experiencing synchronicity after synchronicity which is why my friend told me to read the book in the first place. When I finished reading it I set out to see if there is a Celestine web site so I could maybe copy the Insights. I found this site and began putting in my information and the users name I entered was taken. I thought to try just signing in and to my surprise I am already a member! Hows that for synchronicity. This is where I am suppose to be I have absolutely no recollection in having been on this site before? I have no recollection of ever having read the Insights before? Yet I am already a member. Ok my eyes are open and I am paying attention. This is one of many synchronous moments I have experienced since March of o8. I am amazed every time. It is validation. Like a whisper from my higher self saying 'YES' .... _________________ Know Thy Self |

I love your signiture You say you want to copy the insights? May I suggest that you look within yourself for those insights and much more Insights are to be experienced rather than rules and or scripture to be memorized and followed. If the insights were destroyed as they were in the film, what would be your compass? If all bibles were burned what would be the fundementalist's compass?
It was good of your friend to lend you the book to read. One of the things I have come to believe is that everything we have should be a shared possession rather than an owned possession. One day spiritual energies will be the capital rather than hard currencies; hense the 10th insight from my perspective. But considering that the latter is needed to support a family in these times I hope you did well to have bought the book in support of the author. I have yet to buy and read any of the books but I did buy the movie and immensely enjoyed it.
How you got onto this sight is interesting because I had to go through the entire waiting period to get activated. I see that you joined in Joined: 06 May 2008 and posted this message on Tue Nov 22, 2011 4:10 pm. That's interesting. Never the less there is a reason I'm sure as to why you were here as is for me. I have a lack of patience. Perhaps that why I had a time of getting on here. |

Hi SnowTiger,
I wanted to address the delay in joining the forum. I'm not sure how many members understand the process.
The administrator of the site (not James) will receive hundreds, sometimes more than a thousand membership applications, per week. They are not all people, in fact, very few of them are real people. There are automatic 'bots' that are programmed to cruise the internet for sites such as this, so that their owners can spam forums and bulletin boards such as this one.
Sometimes the application is clearly from such an origin. Often it is not so clear and a determination must be made. This takes time. It is a task done by one person who loves the forum very much and sincerely does her best to make it an environment free of distraction.
There never was nor is there a 'waiting period'.
Sometimes it just takes time to be found as the seed among the chaff.
Welcome to the forum.
Peace,
Steve |
