Telepathy In The New World

My friend and I shared a mutual experience the other day that caused both of us to step back, reflect and discuss why we came to the conclusion we did? A friend says something to you, you immediately jump to the wrong conclusion based on previous experience, or personal judgements, or being oversensitive," thinking" you sense one thing when it's entirely something else? We have these misunderstandings everyday mostly because we don't really "listen" well and we are unable to wait and get all the facts before making our decisions or evaluations etc. How can we possibly ever think about telepathy and mastering that when we are minds are so cluttered by our own thoughts. I call it my junkmail:)
Anyway I remembered in one of my old books my teacher wrote this so i thought I would share it with you.


Question: Because of the higher vibration after the separation, will most everyone begin to experience forms of clairvoyance, clairaudiance, and telepathy almost immediately? Or will those traits remain shelved for some?
Answer: Since the oxygen content in the fourth dimension is much higher, the vibrations would, indeed, increase the sensitivity of each individual. However, one must not assume that this will immediately open up the chakras that enable one to be clairvoyant, clairaudient and telepathic. Developing these powers accurately takes a great deal of time and it is definitely part of the growing process. As the sensitivity increases at a faster pace, the perception of each ego will evolve accordingly, thereby enabling the aspirant to pick up on the type of vibrations emanating from those around him. If the vibrations he feels contradict the words another is spouting, it is more than likely that an uneasiness will occur. Telepathy is an art, my friend. (It requires a great deal of fine tuning in order to pick up the right wave length.) It is not something that just happens overnight. Reading exactly what the energy consists of coming from another ego is a different matter entirely. In the confusion of thought transference, personality dictates do become intertwined with the incoming message, and until each ego learns how to clear his mind of its personal debris, the thought impression he thinks he is receiving will not be accurate. Learning how to diagnose your own feelings and then separate them from the intrusion of the other party's brain energy is to be part of the schooling with which all of you must become involved.
The art of clairvoyancy and clairaudiency is another matter entirely. These arts are really not a necessity at this time. It is true that counselors and teachers need and use this power to understand the attitudes of those whom they are trying to help; however, it is not a common practice among the aspirants who are busily engaged in resolving their undesirable traits. Clairvoyant vision will be used by everyone when the evolution of the race reaches that point wherein the ego learns to look ahead on his personal path, into his personal reality, in order to see what type of effects will follow his caused action. It is never used on other people just for curiosity because that is against the law.
