HI All! I hope everyones been well, it looks like I have abit of catching up to do... Lifes kept me fairly busy the last few weeks, I think one more week and certain things will begin to slow down for me (kinda).

I hope all is well with everyone!

Just a random thought and if anyone can relate to this it be great, I recently had a chance to "start over", and I put quotations marks because its like life gave me the opportunity and the space to do something again that I didnt quite do well enough a year ago... while a big part of me knows that this time its done, theres a smaller part of doubt that thinks maybe its not.... Now the small part doenst really rule over the big part but the doubt is still there occasionally... part of its from fear because the first time I did it, clearly I didnt do it well enough... so that potential is still there... the think the other part is, how it not going well will make life a little more complicated again. So im wondering if any of you ever have such doubts and how do you re align yourself to reduce this!

Thanks everybody for the nice wishes, ang, having doubts it just a way for your mind to check if you really want what it is you pursue, all you have to do is turn to your heart and ask the question "how do you feel about this?" and in a sec you will know that doubt can pass quickly and you thank it for pointing you to your hearts song. Our heart loves showing us how much it loves us all the time no matter what it is we do or do not do with life as it rolls by. The are no mistakes in life only opportunity's to learn missed or not!

Love you all and I am not sure I can do the conference call on Monday morning but I will put up a class for sure.

Love you all and had you all in my heart as I strolled through time square tonight you are all the superstars I need.

Yes your heart knows.. it's your mind that wants to play those games..

You never can go 'back'.. this I know from experience.. but if you go
forward with Love in your heart.. It's like a whole new journey of sorts..

And doubt? that's like a big RED STOP SIGN.. to me anyway.. Stop Look and listen.. yep.. do that with your heart..

I remember about a year and a half ago I took a trip to NYC .. I was surely the Country mouse visiting the City mouse.. My hostess showed me all of NYC.. Time Square.. Central park.. the Irish garden.. forgot the official name.. but all of it was ENCHANTING.. I bonded with a new friend like no other.. It is a magical place.. and I see Ziggy walking where I walked.. how neat is that.. stepping ever so lovely and lightly..

Good morning everybody, I will be having a New York state of mind, day, so I will be posting this as I rush to catch the opportunity that awaits. Later today as I return to the place I lay my head, a few blocks from Times square, I will stop and make the time and I promise it will not be a New York minuet and I will write todays class. I love you all and hope you have a great day.

Love Peace and Understanding sometimes we must hurry to catch up to our lives and sometimes we must wait for it to catch up to us and then there are those moments when life and you just dance. The real enjoyment in life comes when you can find yourself in love with no matter which of these rituals you partake in and as you look within you feel yourself at peace and believing in the journey.

Thanks G, think I might have missed you in the conference room Monday I see there were visitors. New York has been a bit of go go go kind of life a little culture shock after coming out of the jungles of Costa Rica where most of my conversations were with animals.

I did my first healing sessions yesterday and felt like I was home where I belong, doing what I love. In the first one we paid a visit to a friend of my guest who she had thought I would like to meet as we entered the apartment I knew something was going on because the energy was very deep and needy. The occupant was a lady in her 90s when we ask how she was doing she said not well at all, it turned out she had fallen and sprained her ankle very bad so bad in fact that all she could do was sleep on the floor where she had landed. She could not even get to the telephone, the next day a visitor had helped her into the couch she was now laying on. I quickly ask her if I could take a look at her sprain and she smiled and said please do, my host made the introductions as I examined the ankle, my suggestion in cases like this is always if the believe it is necessary they seek medical help. The lady made it clear quickly that she wanted to avoided that at all cost.

She went on to tell me that she had been amazingly healthy and had though out most of her life never experienced pain so that what was going on now was new for her. Her ankle was black and blue and very swollen, so I began running energy into it and I can alway tell how receptive a person is to what I am doing because the buzz starts immediately and warmth pours into the place I am working on, with her is was in a second and she said wow I already feel so much better, I worked on her for awhile elevated the leg and then I explained RICE to her it is Rest, ICE, Compression, Elevate, when combining these with bringing energy into the pain area you can speed up the healing process.

I went back to see her and do a follow up, her swelling was down, her spirits up and her healing was well on its way. The second time I went in she told me a story that made me smile and think how much alike we are, I had mentioned the past life regression work I do and she said you know how I know I have had an amazing past life history? Because every time I go into a large group of people it is alway a "Person of Color" who comes up to greet me first. I think in another life I was a "Person of Color" for Shaman Ziggy those persons of color are red, orange, yellow, green, turquoise, indigo blue and violet and I know as well they are all from my life of the past and that many of them recognize me and come immediately up to me to greet me and welcome be back into their life. I believe I have found one of those amazing Persons of Color in this lady and that we will forever stay connected. I am so looking forward to hearing the stories of her life because in those stories our connection will deepen.

I will be back later with another amazing story of my second session, I always know when I am where I belong because it shows up in my creative writing and I feel it in my inspiration to live life IN LOVE with everything!

Strange you talk of this Lady with a hurt ankle..
I have a similiar 'hurt'.. Haven't tried ICE yet.. but it's been almost a week and a half now.. YIKES..NO NOT what I did to it!!

I've even tried placing my own 'warm 'vibrating hands upon it..
but I'm not a healer.. just truly believe in such things..(will keep trying) smile....

Spring is coming.. (smile).. not here yet..
Staying centered as BEST I can.. it does take practice..
throat chakra has been activated this week.. (good) I have received many awakenings along with that..
I passed along.. words you have used.." missed opportunity" just this morning..(a friend had missed one)weeks ago.and we spoke of it today.

It wasn't but an hour later I received a call from this friend.. and she said
I did not MISS this opportunity today!!.. She was enlightend.. and we connected on a spiritual level. I am in AWE.
This is totally NEW for her.. and sort of new for me, only because I never spoke of such things out loud. People would look at me strangely.. hee hee
Now I have many friends and acquaintances who are all understanding and full of wisdom.. I have been blessed.

G, my second story is is about a man who has lived in Pain most his life almost the opposite of the lady I talked about this man is the maintenance man from the building I am staying in. He told me of his pain and I said I might be able to give him some tools to go to work on getting his pain to go away so he ask if I would help. In the session I could feel how hard he had worked all his life pushing the physical elements of his body to the limit and in the it just wore out, turned out after our sessions he told me he has been working as maintenance man in day and then goes to his second job as a waiter at night. He is 57 years young.

He told me when we started how his pain had changed his life he was spending less time with the jewels in his life his grandchildren and more time trying to get rid of his pain. I took him through our breathing exercise and taught him about running the breath though the center of you body and you energy chakras. I Showed him how to pull the pain when ever it came up into the flow of this energy, so we tried together and his pain ran and for a few minuets he was pain free and then out of know where it showed up in his stomach and we chased it out of there and it hid someplace he could not find it. The biggest problem he was facing was sleeping because of the pain keeping him awake. So today when he came back for his final session he said he had slept like a baby, though there was still some pain it did not stop him from getting rest but he said you know this morning that pain moved to the opposite shoulder it has lived all my life can you believe that.

I said yes but do you want to let it live there he smiled and we went to work, I introduced him to reiki 1 so all we did was take the breath we all here have been using and when he breathed down I had him see the breath moving down his shoulders into his hands and out, we took his hands placed them on the pain and he breathed deep and ping it was gone. I said you are one heck of a healer and the good news you dont need me ever again to teach you this and in several months you will be an expert on chasing pain away.

Now here is how synchronisity works just his morning I was planning my next trip to Thailand and I was thinking about living in the mountains on a farm building with bamboo and I passed the book shelve in the apartment and there was a book on Brazil, I have though maybe I would move to Brazil in the past and I said that is where I will go after Thailand because it will get me closer to my eventual home of Chile so I picked up the book and started reading it. No the maintenance man when we are all finished says to me what i really want to do is return to my farm in Brazil and live in the jungle, I smiled and showed him the book and he said you will always have a home in Brazil because you have given me back my grandchildren my pain is leaving now I have no need for it.

I love this life of healing there is so much tenderness and kindness and compassion in it that nothing else matters and yet everything else exist.

I hope you all have a great day and I have a feeling my stories have just begun.

so G try breathing your love into your hands and passing it to the areas where pain is trying to make a home I have feeling it will soon realize that the love you carry is no match for it and it will find someplace else to reside.

Tonight message at the New York Buddha center was so clear, I do suppose it could have been the american who delivered it in such perfect English that help, I was so use to having my teachers in Chile be Tibetan monks who spoke no English and a Sanskrit translator who did there best with both langues.

His message tonight was that those things we are learning about here such a s Love, Kindness, Compassion are impossible to remove from who we are but the opposites such hate and anger and others can be cleaned away with a little scrubbing. So the good news is were stuck with love for the rest of our many many lives guess we might as well use that love to find ourselves.

It was funny following the crowd up the elevator to the meditation hall carrying their starbucks lates and fruit juices, sitting in chairs and listening to the teaching, I am so use to entering the space of learning with only my bald head and my appetite to learn and a big fluffy pillow. I will say this center got me in a New York State of Mindfulness:)

Love you and enjoy the love its not going anywhere.
