Good morning everybody, I am so excited to come in here and find so many familiar energies hovering around the room, it is a rainbow of color and I want to spend a little time enjoying its healthiness.

James is on his book tour now doing many radio show and appearances and his message is going to be today's message. How do we live in our authenticity going forward from here.

Ok everybody going to put up class #2, I am on the road visiting my friend Shaman Isabella and we had a lesson last night on healing with esential oils and I recieved so many powerful messages from just putting those oils on and letting the energy take you to amazing places and how each oil can heal your heart or your vioce or your truth, I am hoping this class will be about finding ourselves in love with our truth. Now I had to go back and review the posts.. cuz I do get people mixed
up from time to time.. The walking stick you mentioned .small version?
and of course the healing powers of the 'mystical walking stick of our
essences here.'
I like to bring an apple to class and give it to Ziggy..
He being our soul enlightener.. (smile) I hesitate to use teacher
because some people could be offended.. yikes

And how do you enrgise and use your walking stick?

Hello to those that walked into class today and found Shaman Ziggy not present, I was on the road and only able to get on line for a moment to put up class, so now I am back in my Grandpas pad and I will try to answer some of the questions posted here. If you go to the first page of this post it will have a new link added for each class every week. I will also post this link farther downs this page. If you want to follow the conversation that will take place in these classes it will be most current on the last page. I also want to let you all know that there is an edit button that only the poster can use on their post, so if you want to change your post after it is up you can so if you notice miss spelling or want to change a message you put up you can do so. I recommend everyone review the old post from time to time because I will always be making changes and adding new information on the ones I have put up.

This will be a little different then the class you might be use to because the post will go up in a second after you type them in and when class is going on every Monday at 8am west coast time we will be able to greet each other and share insights and happenings that we want to share. It is also a great time to ask questions and I will try to answer them live. Then when the video is posted that is the days lesson and I would love to hear your comments on it and hear any thing that comes to you from watching it.

Insight, the walking stick I refer to is for many in my classes and actual walking stick they have but for many it is an imaginary one, there is also an imagined group stick laying at the imagined altar where the imagined apple is consumed by the imagined teacher Shaman Ziggy:) I have reposted on an earlier post a description of our class room and the altar as taken from an earlier class. The idea behind the walking sticks is from time to time when someone here is having difficult in their life or not feeling well I will ask them to pick up the group walking stick from the altar and we will all use our sticks to visualize sending healing energy to that person. So much like the group prayer sessions here on this site are aimed at something in the distance we do the same. I recommend you all find yourself a walking stick and have it near by as you read through this class because from time to time I will also send all the walking sticks focused energy hearings direct as I did in the first few videos. I hope this helps. Also I did not remove the private label on youtube from this weeks class so that might be why you could not view it, check again and see if it works now. Thank you for the class (I managed to view it this time) and the explanations about the altar, walking sticks and apples. I sort of had guessed or intuited how it worked, but wasn't quite sure. And of course I experienced all the power of the charged walking stick when you sent me healing energy for my throat.
By synchronicity I saw two very beautiful walking sticks for sale in a very unexpected place during my travels. I considered buying one, but I decided against it. Maybe I should have. Then I found a beautiful one on my path, picked it up and carried it for a while, but put it down again. Maybe I haven't found the right one for me yet.
Is it a good idea to buy one or is it better to find one and try to carve it myself?
Meanwhile I have my miniature one from the bark of "my" rimu tree, the one I fell in love with recently ...

Upon entering your class video, there was beautiful violet colors all around you..I loved your invitation to James & Sally's group meditations. They have truely made a remarkable effect on MY life..They are an amazing journey of connecting global love & healing!!!.. After that, .I then closed my eyes and allowed the energy to flow freely in "Love". As my energy softly flowed through the colors, a group sensation of love sweetly flowed through me. Followed by a vision of lighted hands joining one another. Loving nature to loving nature, jewels beneath our feet sparkled as Mother Earth touched the souls of our feet with the soul deep within her rich soil. Sending colorful & meaningfull cyrstal energy upward through each of us. Generating gratitude for our loving "intentions" moving out and upward through each other---to each other---to all life energy...we are ALL one --- choosing calm, quiet, loving, energy to flow within and too generously pass on, in our daily moments through everything we say, do, think, feel and touch "wholeheartedly"...tenderly placing it unconditionaly in the hearts of others and all living things.

The second class was so uplifting . I need that right now..
I've learned a lot in two days.

The hatred and meanness that is going around seems
to be like a cancer.. How to place my LOVE onto the
person who is spreading this evil is very difficult.

I do it every once in awhile.. but not constantly.

the ego enters. and I'm a jelly fish and feel hate.

This second class means a lot to me.. I will listen to you
each morning .. It actually seemed to give me strenghth.

I also saw your aura. yellow and blues..Amazing!!
Incorporating Love in eveyday life is truly the test.

The ones who are the toughest, meanest, cruelist,most evil
needs my prayers of LOVE..
I know this now.

G, here is one tip for feeling and sending LOVE to mean and evil people. I use Ho'oponopono. Whenever I witness meanness and wrongdoing I try to focus on the people involved and send them healing LOVE: I repeat like a mantra:
I LOVE YOU, I'M SORRY, EXCUSE ME, THANK YOU.

Insight Ho'oponopono is such a great movement and so indigenous in it's teachings thanks for bringing it into this class.

Good afternoon Sweet Souls,

g, I to am wondering how to get the rest of the classmates here, as well as many from Ziggy's other classes.. We will hold them all and many others here in our hearts...As I can feel them close in loving heart energy. Perhaps, they are still, yet profoundly and lovingly felt, respected, honored and truely loved...every name in my heart.

Did you by chance visit Isabella's web sight? Her second video has a fantastic demonstration of her healings that she does. I do hope she visits us here. As I watched and felt her loving healing talents....I was reminded of so many methods of self healing that I have been shown, taught as well as recieved from Beautiful Healers & Teachers in my life over the past 25 yrs. ... During the interactions with others...at least for me, I can only speak for what has been my own experience. Beginning , with my own healing of what reflects from others to me...as a work in progressive evolving, it is my ownership of those feelings-thoughts-responses, reflections...offering me an oppurtunity to face what i can learn, heal and grow from. Very itimite truth dialog is had with myself in order to get to the place of inner peace-innerLove. I am very familar with my shortcomings and flaws...also very gentle with my self, just as I would be with my own child, grandchild or best friend (which by the way has been a lesson in loving myself for sure. )))). These most challengeing situations are my life teaching classrooms of my inner world, for the highest good of my life. The cancer is disolved in "unconditional Love"..visualy seen as very "healable" elements of life within me-my world. I've used color theray, music therapy, aroma therapy, and visionualizing therapy, art therapy, writing therapy, crystal therapy, to address, heal, balance and recover...My Faith in God/Universeal/Source Energy is the one key that opens the evolving process for me. It becomes my responsibility relesae to the Divine Energy all that cancer has created in my system of mind-body-spirit. Mental-emotional-physical-spiritual.

g, I think we are ALL learning and growing...like you, I'm very open and willing to do this in the moment things arise...We each have within us all the tools to develope and intutive skills to assist our discernment of things we can change in our lives ... we are all different , thank goodness, because we are able to be of great service and comforting support to one another...freeing us from judging others, for me is knowing this, deeply knowing this...people all have their own paths of experience, choices, decisions to make, taste buds of likes & dislikes...I freely offer my love near or far as they/we/I evolve here/now ... I choose Love...I choose peace...I choose healthy calmness... I forgive through a lense of remembering the times of my own harsh lessons in life...I won't surrender to hate...I will surrender to love, rendering me more layers of compassion and kindness to freely give others. I do expect alot from myself in that respect..however, I refuse to measure myself to others...because my "Eyes In Love" are of equality..no one above anyone else in life...we can only choose the causes and services and lifestyle we are passionate about. Then GO FOR IT!!!
