Do you think that humans are the only beings that have control dramas? I have recently started wondering if beings of other species, such as beings in other dimensions or from other planets have control dramas.
Please give me your thoughts

| Control dramas are learned ways of getting energy that no longer function very well. If you have a cat or a dog consider their behavior around getting fed or general looking for attention by trying to be cute. I don't know if I would categorize them the same, but I would expect animals to have control dramas. |

So basically...anything that has a brain and has some intelligence is capable of control dramas. I think you are right on that. My parrot does it.

| We may not be able to make them conscious of it but we can still give them energy (8th Insight) so they don't have to try so hard to get it. |

If we think back to how these control dramas would have developed - their point of origin, as it were - it's very likely that they arose as a result of the desperate struggle to stay alive in the earliest stages of life. Animals, in their natural element, compete not only for energy, but for the right to live - the two go hand in hand in the natural world. One could possibly go so far as to say that the very bacteria that composes life also fights in this way for energy - for life - in the form of invasions via illness or mutation.
Everything, at some point, can be potentially traced back to the desperate desire for control when dissembled. Before we had our intellect, we had our instincts - and control dramas are very much an extension of our instincts, conditioning that arose from our reactions to threatening stimuli in the outside world.
This is all my perspective, of course - I may or may not be correct, but I believe it's a feasible concept _________________ In each of us is a hollow that cannot be filled, a craving that is not quite hunger, but something more persistent, more real...

| Cool question silent watcher. I believe that all behaviors we identify about an animal are only projections of our own. We can only see behaviors in them wee possess. Consider anything you see them do a mirror image. From a subjective standpoint, your the only one who's conscious so all you can see is what you expect to see. There is no certain answer, everything is relative. At least that's what I may believe. Interesting how I said you're the only one who's conscious. It's like I'm talking to myself. |

There is a reason for the old saying - some say Gnostic in origin, some say from another direction:
"As above, so below, as within, so without." |
