Greetings all!
I have been praying with nature
I wake up at the wake of dawn and go through some yoga stretches
As I start my meditation...
I pray to God and Jesus and thank them for their love and affection
Then I visualize taking in all the beautiful things that are in my life
And as I exhale------ I send out into the skies all the beautiful things wrapped around with symbol of the heart
Let the wind spread it out into the world I imagine
Then I ask all the beautiful birds in help to take these hearts and place them at doorsteps where it is truly needed
-in hopes of the birds singing nothing but pure true melody to start ones day filled with love and happiness
Many blessings to all of us in search of the 11th insight!
