Hello folks,
I’m new in this forum, have read thru a lot of the threads to get a feel for it, found a lot of nice people and good posts here. It probably would be a good idea for me to tell more about my background and why I’m here before launching into discussion. <G>

I read The Celestine Prophecy years ago…I dunno exactly how many, maybe 12? . Then the Tenth Insight. I thought it was rather interesting the James had written about certain things I knew about, he must be on to something! Since then I have read many other books, articles, websites, etc for background info, but the real lessons were heavily experiential with teachers and guides to help figure out. I will mention just a few for now.

One of my teacher/guides, and partner, is a remarkable man who was raised in Qualla Boundary (Cherokee land in NC) and trained the Old Ways by his Grandfather and other Elders. He is one of the few remaining to carry the ancient knowledge of the Ani-Tsalagi, such as was bought by great sacrifice of those who ensured it would continue. Thru him I met several other remarkable people who shared wisdom and knowledge of their heritage and culture.

Most of this occurred while we were living at a previously undiscovered Sacred Site, which according to description and character was known to the Cherokee as The Place of the Eagle. It is indeed a very special place, where the veil between the worlds is thin, and the energy is transformational.

Other important teachers have been horses…with them I learned about many things, perhaps the most important is the means of communication that helped enable further experiences and understanding.

So anyway, things came about that we left the Sacred Site and moved out here to a smaller farm in Kentucky. Now that we are pretty well settled in, I have been feeling like it was getting to be time to continue on with whatever I was supposed to do next…not sure of what that might be, so got some more background info, re-read my notes, pondered on 2012 and various other things, and happened to watch The Celestine Prophecy movie, which led me to finding this site here. That’s it in a nutshell.

I would be glad to share some of what I learned and experienced , and was passed on to me, as seems appropriate. I am especially interested in what people here think, feel, and plan to do in regards to 12/21/2012 or whatever Time Of Changes is upon us . Perhaps if we consider what the Ancients knew and did there may be clues for our future.

There are various possiblities and probabilities, but one thing is certain ….nothing is written in stone. What WE think and do determines not only our lives and reality, but affects All-Things.

Welcome to the Celestine Forum. It's a great place to be a part of dialogues covering a multitude of areas of interest. The discussions archived here are extensive and contain a huge amount of personal experience and knowledge.

My grandparents were from south central Kentucky (both sets later moved to southern Indiana, where I was born). It is a beautiful area. When I travelled to Scotland, I was struck by how similar the geography is to Kentucky, which became the home to many Scottish immigrants. I hope you are enjoying it.

I think an initial priority for people who have awakened in these times we find ourselves in is to vigilantly root out those obvious and not so obvious fears we may have been raised in or with, or that we incarnated with. The thinness of the veil, as you referred to it, has an energetic impact on all of us globally in the sense that, as creators on an individual level, we manifest exactly those things we are broadcasting energetically with increasing speed. If there is fear at the heart of our energy, we will then experience fearful things.

After that part of personal development (rooting out our fear and acknowledging it), we can begin to effectively 'see' those areas in our lives where what we believe is in conflict with how we live. This may have different ramifications in one person's life as opposed to another person's. Some people may need to give up meat. Some may need to give up sugar. Some people may need to change careers. Some may need to let go of religious beliefs or even relationships that are keeping them in a fear-based perspective.

All of us then, who consciously go through this process, are a part of that collective dynamic that all of the ancient prophecies and mysteries have been telling us we are now enmeshed within. The individual experience is reflected in the global, as well as the spiritual, or heavenly. (As above, so below, as within, so without.)

If there is only one 'now' going on, as physics suggests and the ancients related to us, then I believe our best way forward is to learn for ourself, how to be true in the moment, in our heart. Our best efforts are given not to finding people or institutions to trust, but rather that we learn to trust the process that is going on with all of us. Allow others their process without imposing our perspective on anyone. The way forward is through inner clarity and the allowance of resonance to draw to us those people and situations that our individual signature frequency is calling us to manifest.

How that shakes out for the world in the next couple of years is what we all came to find out and experience.

Again, as physics suggests, all of the various possibilities and probabilities may turn out to be true, something to look forward to. Our part as individuals is to be in alignment with Self, both the greater Self and the Inner Self.

I hope this was not too much of a ramble. These are just my feelings regarding your request for how others think and feel.

Thank you so much for your warm welcome and thoughtful post!

Yes, we should develope away from fear and negativity, and towards love and positivity…not only for ourselves, but all our relations.

We are all part of the human collective, and in a larger sense, of everything that is, was, and will be....which can be essentially understood on the spiritual and quantum levels.

Within our human collective, we tend to be drawn to others with similar interests, such as the Celestine Vision website.
This is a place where each of us can retain our individuality while sharing our commonalities, exploring options, and discovering truths. All truths are part of the Whole Truth, as we put them together we are better able to see it.

The key to the universe lies in fully understanding that 'All Things are Connected', and doing that not only from a mind/thought/doing level, but in the spirit/soul/energy level, so that we integrate it into our being.
This is a process. The Celestine Insights are steps, or guidelines, on this path. We happen to be here at this time to share these and our own insights, so we may evolve and fulfill whatever our particular purpose may be.

In regard to James’ opening post in “2012” of “Living the Vision “, the main points I see are: there are impending situations that could become extreme, what the outcome is depends on how we prepare for and handle it spiritually and materially.

The 12/21/12 date may be the critical point in this Time of Changes, as well as the end of one calendrical cycle and beginning of another. There could be any number of things to occur at any time, and being prepared is important if not essential.
Besides the effects we are seeing of more intense weather and earth shifting, a major solar storm can disrupt the communication and electrical grids that “the world as we know it” is so dependent on. The next major storm is expected around 2012, how about that!
There are also serious imbalances in the global economic, political, and social systems, that could tip at any time.

No matter what happens, putting the Insights into practice for continuation as well as evolution of humanity has other benefits, such as raising our energy and consciousness, living a simpler, more satisfying life, and improving the conditions for other beings on the planet, as well as helping to undo the damage to the earth, waters, air, and resources that are necessary for life.
This isn’t something to perceive as “negative”, but an opportunity to face the challenges and grow towards our potential.
That is how we can live the Vision of a better world.

So what are we doing to be ready for possible scenarios?
And how are we incorporating the Celestine Insights and any other wisdom we have acquired on our life-journey?
Can we come up with some constructive dialog , develop some plans, and begin to implement them?

The general view seems to be that we are in the midst of a Time of Changes. We can expect some things to get rather bumpy, but probably not the Hollywood style end-of-the-world scenario. At least some of the "bumps" are due to what humanity has been doing regarding the environment, technology, and the socio-economic system. There will definately be major changes, how we get thru them depends on what we do.

The following is part of a message I was given in 2005 while at the ancient Sacred Site in NC:

cast your prayers
on the waters of Life
praise for justice
in truth is revealed

many streams
flow into one
gathering power
to change the landscape
of what is to come.

prepare yourselves
in heart and mind
in spirit strong
