There are 3 people I am grateful for for giving me the ability to see auras!
First is GOD! "The Spirit"
Second is Mr. James Redfield for I would never have embarked on this spiritual journey without "the book"!

As he will explain, the importance is not the ability to see auras but actually be able to READ auras!
The ability to see aura derives from being able to focus on a certain point with our peripheral vision for a prolonged period and also for our left brain hemisphere and our right brain hemisphere to be perfectly balanced.
