|
|
I just finished reading the Secret of Shambhala and am feeling inspired by and grateful for the continued message of peace, love, and hope. I really resonate with the idea of sending loving energy to those who are stuck in fear with the gentle intention to raise their awareness so they are able to voluntarily choose love over fear, remember their life purpose, and align with the spiritual evolution of the planet. It was also helpful to be reminded that every apparent setback has a silver lining, to let go of any attachment to a particular outcome, and trust that my loving intention will always contribute to the highest and best for all.
I am also reminded of the degree to which my own life choices have, in the past, been driven by fear. I am finding that the following affirmations help me when I am confronted by my own negative thinking:
I release fear and embrace love.
I am love, lover, and beloved.
Recently I have discovered that when I recite these affirmations at night before I fall asleep, I experience dream connections that fill me with love, hope, peace, and inspiration.
In gratitude & love,

Hi Bodhi!
I enjoyed reading your post. I'm reading The Secret of Shambhala now. I can most relate to the narrator's (JR's?) tendency to slip into fear and anger, and beginning to understand how and why I create my own reality and what to do about it. I keep hearing "Trust the process" in my life in different ways so thanks for the reminder. I think I'll try your affirmation tonight too.
Thanks again! _________________ Smiles and Sunshine 4ever,
