Hi guess what?

I'M HERE BY COINCIDENCE!

The celestine prophecies first came to me by coincidence some years ago now, this occurred when i was going through a difficult divorce, i was at the stage where all my energies had been completely sucked dry. There was a knock on my front door, it was a neighbour of mine whom i didn't know very well at the time, she'd come to ask for a tea bag or something but in that moment when she arrived i was very upset, we got talking and she listened while I poured my heart out, she then asked if i'd read a book called celestine prophecy, she told me a little about the drama's we play out, I was in the "poor me" drama, and she told me how people can sometimes deplete your energy if you let them. It took a couple of years and then finally I got the book.

I couldn't put it down of course and devoured the entire book very quickly.

So to cut a long story short, these past weeks have been very difficult for me I have reached the stage now where i've decided to go with the flow, the universe has made it blatantly clear that i have been on the wrong path and need to put my life into divine order.

The universe has also made it blatantly clear that i need to be here. I've been thinking a lot lately about the book and what i learned and been trying to put the puzzle together as it were, I was thinking to myself how I must have another read to remind myself and then whilst browsing on my remote control, low and behold I see the words Celestine Prophecy.

I have just watched the movie for the first time since having read about three of the original books over the years. Well, i've been getting shivers and goosebumps ever since...I never knew there was a movie! or a website for that matter..i've been meaning to research the subject on line to find out if there was any truth in Vinciente, and the ruins and the scrolls and after the movie i was finally compelled to go online and type the words celestine prophecy into my search bar. There is a lot here for me to catch up on but i'm so happy I finally found you all.

Does anyone know.....How can you stop someone from sucking your energy without you taking theirs?

female, medium height, brown hair, brown eyes, greek cypriot by origin, british born, a few kids grown up now, 2 dogs 3 cats. unemployed at present but have been a teacher of sports and driving and am fourty four years young, can't think of anything else so please feel free to ask me anything i may have left out.

Welcome and so happy to have you here with us, When ever I have the feeling someone is draining my energy I place my hands in a triangle touching my forefinger's and thumbs together and point it into the ground and then I visualize their energy passing right through me and into the earth, this is a way of also releasing negative energy after reiki sessions adding shaking the energy into a stone or some other object. Looking forward to reading more of your wisdom and enjoy!

Good Day Ziggy Shaman

Thank you so much for your warm welcome and guidance i will do today when my little vampire arrives. I am so thrilled to be here. I've been reading and reading and I realise this is just the start for me... I'm probably like john in the movie right now.

I feel like a neanderthal or something compared to the level of some people here and it is good, for alas the ugly duckling has perhaps found her real place....with the swans, only I still feel like an ugly duck.

So I think in light, i will probably keep my mouth shut most of the time as I'm so far behind and think I may be switching from one control drama to the next, I'm badly afflicted guys and i'm not ashamed to admit it, because I know i can better myself and I know I'm on the right track.

Don't get me wrong i'm not a total wash out, I do believe i have aquired a lot of wisdom in my time and knowledge, for me the trick is actually putting it into practice and not allowing myself to get distracted.

Please call me by my REAL name Sophia, I will be here quietly learning from all the forums, i've just been reading the question posed by James and have already learned so much and found missing pieces to my puzzle.

It's just so AMAZING. Thank you so much to James Redfield for being connected enough to reveal these truths to us in such a beautiful expression of creativity.

Sophia, your message made me laugh because I think we all go through that I no nothing phase when in reality all the secrets of the world our deep with in our consciousness. I wrote a little story about my journey you might enjoy,

I also did a class on meditation, color healing and using energy to heal ourselves, others and the Earth it is under prayer and meditation on this forum.

I have learned to see the Beauty in all things and especially in the human spirit that is eternal. I know you will find lots of amazing wisdom on this site there are many very cool people hanging out here with James and Salle. All the best to you and I see on your energy a very beautiful swan.

Awe..thank you, and i'm so happy i made you laugh. I have really enjoyed reading all about your travels & experiences, i can really relate to your experiences, the fast phase but alas i never managed to build anything or own anything, i just managed to burn myself out...or at least that is how i percieve it.

I slowed right down about nine years ago and was diagnosed with an illness at that time, but regardless of what the doctors say, to me it just felt like a force has been holding me down, but then whilst reading you i started to think that perhaps all this "doing not very much phase" is actually a good thing but i've been resisting it!

Interestingly, whilst reading I also clicked with the names, Geronimo and Gabriella, these are very familiar names in my life, and the two G's from the names above and the name ziggy, this name has never come up in my life before until a few months ago when I sold my faster car, that i kept speeding in : ) , and bought a jeep. On my way home in my newly aquired jeep i found a ziggy stardust cd which just seemed to stand out in my mind for some reason, i had forgotten all about it and it just sprung to mind when you were saying you sold your ferrari.

I was also reminded of a book called "the wind is your mother" written by a shaman but alas i can't remember the authors name, i just remember it was a wonderful book.

Once again thank you so much for your insights and wisdom, i look forward to reading your work on the prayer & meditation forum.

Read your post and was fasinated by somethings we have in common. I am not divorced, but have been there once. I have two grown kids (and one that is twelve) and we have two dogs. I am also 44. I just recently read the Prophecy and the Tenth Insight. Have not seen the movie yet but want to. My biggest problem is battling my inner guilt with my religious up bringing, so I am always searching. It's interesting that I have been recently trying to motivate myself to return to some church and instead I wander in the library one day after work and find the Prophecy instead. Coincidence???? That's my quest.
