Our friend, Lyndell, has not been feeling her best. Since her relocation to a small apartment, she has been very weary and this is wearing on her wellness.
Those of us that have gotten to know her through the forum here, know what a joyous and healing Spirit she is. So, I ask you all to say a special prayer for her to help her open to the flow of Chi where it is impeded within her being. May her energy grow and balance.

Thank you, Master Gene. You are attuned to the needy, for certain. I so appreciate this sentiment, and the love that generated your concern. My month has been filled to the rim....learning...learning...learning. I will never be the same....amazing!

I felt prompted to check in today, and there was this wonderful gift. Surely it is the prayers of my brothers and sisters that have sustained this aging body. If I had seen into the future, my reponse would have been....Go Lyndell!! ha! Aches and pains, bruises and bumps, upset tummy, and sleepless nights...but most of the work is completed. Who would've thunk??? I've lost a necessary 15 pounds, and I'm a sleek old chick once again. Ha!!! Benefits appeared around every corner...no time for Ben and Jerry's!!!!!!!!!

Now to recover...and in comparison that's truly a piece of cake!

Speaking of Ben and Jerry's, I've got quite a few freinds that are dairy farmers who really liked the PETA suggestion of using breast milk. It makes milking time a whole lot more appealing.

our beautiful sister to make her new house Her Home.
I see some postings from her that show her vigor shining out.
I see some Spirit, some giggles, some major Wisdoms
in the few posts that I have read in the last few weeks as I come
back here for solace and healing.

must shine lights on the silly inequities of our pasts.
