Thanx 4 this help it's taking a lot and i keep trying to hold vision to get some quiet space back to connect in. |

You are not alone! We are with you in Spirit, and if that ain't enough, the Big Spirit of Love is what binds us all together.
There is a big spirit of ego in this world as well; the cumulative ego of Humans. It can and will keep pounding at us, and the less attention we give it with emotion, the weaker it gets. It breeds fear, and loathing, and anger, and judgment, and on and on. Remember it is based in that which is a lie, and because it is based in emptiness, its true threat is nothing. Healing from God's Love continues, no matter what we do, if the request for it is sincere. The Holy Spirit gives us shelter when we ask. We can direct that Spirit; its purpose is for your direction.
Your body and mind have been weakened by your ordeal. You are more sensitive right now to distraction, but your Spirit cannot be weakened by anything in this world. Accept this fact: Spirit creates all that I am. Spirit manifests in this world through me. My Holy Spirit can and does heal me better the more control I allow it. The feeling of extreme Joy I get when this happens is My Holy Spirit working in my world. I keep this Joy throughout all of the world's trials and tribulations. It cannot be harmed nor defeated. I am Blessed by The Creator. Thank you, God! 
i see, angels around you. They tend your wounds and comfort you. When the body is injured, we need more quiet space to allow healing and communion. 
We are healing with you, Jennifer, and our power together with the Holy Spirit is not defeat-able. Just believe.

 Thing have calmed at home somewhat, so i can at least do some renewel. My whole worksplace, as well as this sorry community situation need your prayers still.
I looked over the above quote after i printed it and it says so much so simply. still need lots of emotional healing along w/ all the rest, but thanx to your prayer i at least feel a little clearer.
i think the ablove quote is good for contem plation and rereading.
