Hi!
Another doubt has come into my mind about the energy we all give take and absorb. My real question here is if we consume energy.
When we acquire energy we feel better, no matter the source that's how we feel. We can feel happy for a long time and some of us acquire more, others give it away and some do both. If we don't acquire more or give away, do we spent it in ourselves? like in our daily routine?
In my case, i see myself as a giving being to almost everyone and everything that i encounter, i think i do absorb some from nature and some from others. I noticed that when i found someone special i kind of feel that person giving energy to me, but if i don't interact with the world for a few days, that energy tends to fade away and i start feeling a lot worse, depressed some times!
If we constantly need to energize ourselves then we need to get our way of getting energy a more efficient one, and preferably from nature, like eating right or simply absorbing it from living plants!

Hi Horus,
Well said. I have to say I don't personally completely understand the whole energy concept. I know it feels like we give it away and others steel it but I just wonder if there is more to it than that. In any event it sure does feel empowering when our energy works in conjunction with someone else's and it sure feels draining when someone tries to take or manipulate our energy for their benefit and yes you are right when we spend time alone it does feel as though we loose some power. It's a very interesting concept.

Hi Marco,
Good questions and thoughts!
I believe "interaction" is the key, at least for me it is!
And I don't even think it is about the concern of acquiring or fading anymore...as the energy around us is increasing in the now in vibration and frequency with such a wonderful fervor that there is plenty to gather and plenty to spread, all we have to do is consciously and positively and naturally interact with it, imho! Hope that makes a bit of sense.
I solar meditate...and I do "ask" to gather extra love and light so that I may emit that love and light wherever I go and whomever I come in contact with...and this, once again, is all about 'interaction' for me. If I consciously and selflessly interact with the love, with the light and with others as a 'oneness' entity...the energy will be there in limitlessness!
Interaction! Yep! 
And Michelle, great sharing too!
I think and believe we are at the point where unconditional love is now wrapped in wisdom, moreso than ever.
And we are in an energy place, right now, where we can no longer have it 'stolen' from us because we are no longer allowing the "service to self" types to hinder the energy or us, consciously and sub-consciously,
...partly because we are wising up and partly because the positive spiritual energy is getting oh so strong...
a very new re-awakening 'co-creation' energy matter of the third kind.
A beautiful, vibrationally wonderful and new heightened happening all around us in the now!

Hey all you good spirits or should I say perfect energies!!!
I love your writings about energy and keeping our own power or allowing it to be shared; even feeling like it has left us at times! 
I too had to work hard on my energy and when I came to the knowledge that I had all the power ---I would ever need--- I just stopped letting others (dis-respect) my energy! 
I feel more at home in my own skin now than ever before and oddly enough never feel alone but I do agree there is a super extra charge or spark that ignites within me when I share my life with others as they in turn share theirs with me!!! Its just cool!!!

Energy is indestructible ... it transforms into other states. This is a law of physics.
The thing most people have forgotten is that they are directly tied to the source of all energy in the Universe. Nothing can block it, but your own denial or misunderstanding can entangle it so that it does not flow freely.
The scene in CP where John is about to be killed and sees the world as it really is, is quite accurate. It is my experience that I could not realize the Beauty/Life until gave up all my hope to It.
IT"S ALIVE!!!!!

hi all,
that is right, energy is never lost, only changes form or transffered. when i meditate, i connect with the source, when i do my taichi, i gather energy around me...that makes me strong and feeling alive and vibrant...when we get depressed, we spent energy, same as when we are doing some physical work...

yeah, i think ive been so long gone eh? im doing just fine. been into motorcycle lately, riding became my fashion... because of riding, ive seen a lot of nature more, that reminds me of the energy here

that sounds like an adventure, glad youve seen alot of beauty and are feeling good.
its strange but just before you posted again i was thinking that youd not been around for a while, then low and behold you arrived again. great to hear from you again man and make sure you look after your bike coz it sounds like its looking after you

ill be around, but not all the time. life seems to be guiding me somewhere new, but here will always be a part of me now...
