|
|
I have watched both many times and you really see a lot more on the widescreen. First off the beauty of the move just isnt there on the version that fits a normal TV screen.
I noticed a lot of annoying mistakes too on the TV screen fit one because thats the one I was watching over and over but last night I watched the wide screen version and all the mistakes were really just missing parts you couldn't see.
For some reason I caught some missing dialogue too. Its strange that a change in visuals would change the way I heard the movie, but there you are. |

Another tip, if your going to watch it over and over just skip the first segment and start on the second frame in the select scene spot. The beginning is really annoying to me for some reason.
John starts out sitting by the lake and he hears Charlenes voice telling him to check out Viciente. |

The beginning is annoying perhaps because you think it is to cheesy and kinda dumb!!!
I thought what in the lord's name have I rented anyways- when I first started to watch this dvd- but then I totally got it because- I have lived it for so long- but in my own personal ways and experiences!!!
What you might want to do now is stop watching for a month or so and seek within you what it is that you are looking for but be patient and let God's messages in you through christ slowly reveal themselves unto you and try writing down your own spiritual thoughts and experiences for that month ---go back and re-read--- you and what you have been thinking and feeling and seeing within you---then you may see God's love in his son clearly enough to think wow!!--- I had my own answers ---but was just to annoyed and confused to see and hear my own self!!!
This had a great awakening unto me the first time I put this exercise into practice!!!
Hope this helps or at least gets you through the first part of the movie with something else good to focus upon!!!
Peace, love, mercy and faith guide you friend!!! Love from Jennypoo and thanks so very much for your tips!!! _________________ Jennypoo loves you too!!! |

| I'm gunna stop watching it Jan 1st. I've done this with movies and books before. I suppose it sounds a little nuts to watch something everyday but I've done the same sort of thing all my life. |

Hi Darin,
Repetition helps us to learn, why do you think we keep falling into the same patterns with people or why marketers repeat their product name over and over. Its natural. And when you are done with the lesson you will naturally stop watching it everyday.
Love,
Michelle |

Overtime just started and I haven't seen it in two days. I listen to MP3's at work so maybe I should get the book on MP3. |

Hey good spirits!!!
I just wanted to make myself clear about watching the DVD!
I did not mean you should stop watching forever sometimes---
---- I feel as if everyone can read my mind---I often confuse another when this happens!
I just meant put the DVD away for a couple of days, weeks, or even months if needed ---take a break--- then go back and watch the movie again ---I have found -- this is an effective way-- to sort out my own thoughts and feelings or questions --when I get stuck on a subject!!!
If you find you feel something isn't right at the beginning of the movie maybe a few days or weeks down the road (after a break) you can then clearly see what the issue was or is that you felt those negative feelings about---But Please never give up or quit watching such a great movie ---If for no other reason than too simply give you hope!!!

The only thing wrong with the beginning is the acting and cinematography, its nothing deep or emotional.
I think I am going on 3-4 days now without watching it. Now THATS deep and emotional pain! |
