Hi All,
What time of the day or night are the Global prayers? I live in the UK are they based on USA time? How does one access them? I was visiting the chat room until my computer picked up a virus there.

hola teresa. 
the global prayers are held at 8pmEST, which is 5pmPST and that is at 1am in the UK.
i know 1am is a very early or late time depending on your thinking.  james suggests if you cant make the prayer, to just set some time aside the day of the prayer to just help to build the energy.
