Control Dramas teach us things

I've really been struggling to control the progression of my thoughts over the last couple days but it has taught me that we should not let our thoughts proceed past the original idea unless we have trained ourselves to proceed along an authentic path. For the untrained mind such as myself, the first thought I have observed of myself is usually nondefinitive focusing only on the brilliance of I see, feel, and hear. Words can't discribe it. The next thought is usually of a definitive nature followed by a series of passing judgements which for my untrained mind can be controlling and therefore destructive. That's why it is important for me in these early stages to avoid focusing on an object or sound for too long and to instead focus on the whole picture with which the object or sound is briefly observed in. This has been so hard for me to do but I know I must do it. I have noticed that my mind is much clearer when I wake up in the morning.

Could it be
that our minds are clearer on wakening
because we have just spent time in a very special place

Have you ever thought about where we go when we sleep?
You know that 'delicious feeling' you get right before you fall asleep

Usually we're not aware of it unless we are partially awakened right before we transition to a sleep state

If.. that delicious feeling is indicative of where I go when I sleep.
and.... if where I go when I sleep is akin to where I go when I 'pass'
then......WOW won't it be lovely
