Hello from Middle Tennessee

Hi! I have recently finished reading the Tenth Insight after reading the Twelfth. I read the Celestine Prophecy a few years back.

I am reaching inside myself these days to connect to something. I feel more like a potential than an actual and am tracing back to see what my gift of service can be. Sounds funny maybe, but I am wanting to be true and not portray what I might think the reader wants to read, one part of my dramas, after thinking about it the past few months. Wow! Did I have an eye opener when I started reaching inside!

I am an industrial electrician in management. I build power generating facilities, in addition to retrofits, such as installing scrubbers on coal plants. I have built every type of power plant, with the exception of nuclear, which I do not do.

I travel all over building these facilities. The reason I mention this, is because I am a traveller at heart and my happiness elevates when I am in new surroundings. I built a facility 120 kilometers south of Cairo, Egypt after 9/11. I found much love from the Muslims I worked with, not at all what I found portrayed at times by the media. I may be going to Vietnam in a few weeks to work, or Mexico. Whatever presents itself is pretty much where I go. In other words, I never really have a plan. I just go.

But lately, I feel as if I am missing something. In my late twenties, I did much spiritual exploration, and then just sort of dropped it. In my thirties, I found a new career in electrical. Now, I feel there is a tie-in I am missing.

I was tuned into the last global prayer and I was energized. I am looking forward to the 13th.

I am going to continue reaching inside and reading. I just wanted to introduce myself and not feel so much like an eavesdropper!

from the few that you shared i can tell your life is impressing
i feel like you have so much to give to the world so start sharing with the people you love, the people that is surrounding you
i may have one question to ask you, do you see the energy field after all this time??
are you married..?
i can tell that you work a lot maybe you need to take a break, and try to find what is indeed missing... what have you ever wanted to do but still now couldnt or didnt

you may ask yourself who am i
i just got over with the celestine prophecy a week ago...
and it got pretty intressting as intriguing
and i want to share it with people like you

i believe this forum has so much to bring to us.. it is a nice way to connect with people from the whole world

Thank you for the welcome! The choice for my next work position pretty much took care of itself! The Vietnam position has been full of delays, dropped conference calls between England, Vietnam and myself here in the States...resubmitted resumes, and so on. On the other hand, one person called me that was working in Mexico, opened a dialogue and said "talk to us," the next day I had an e-mail with documents, and this week I do a physical/drug test and will probably be on my way down there next week. The Mexico process took three days; spirit/energy in action! I am going to the state of Veracruz and there happens to be a pyramid not far from the job, one that has no guards and not many vistors as the area is definitely not a tourist destination! Everything fell in place with amazing speed which I attribute to intensifying my meditations, becoming more aware of my thoughts (I am amazed and a little embarressed and even shocked at the level of selfishness that some of my thoughts contain) and observing the interactions I have with the people close to me, i.e. my daughter.
Something that really struck me, after re-reading the Celestine Prophecy, was about "stealing energy" and the signs and effects of this. Hard as this is to admit, I realized that I was doing just that with my daughter, although unconsciously and with good intention. But the fact remains, that it was occurring. After my realization, I reversed the process, and am now attempting to live in a more conscious awareness of the energy shared.
In answer to if I was married, no I am not. I don't have much time for things like that, and I travel so much. Working in different places, though, is a joy for me! I get to really experience and learn about different areas, as opposed to vacationing and touching just the surface.
So... Mexico it is!

i was wondering maybe u cld help me vision the energy field.. any tips? how did you do.. how did u get here..??
u seem much of a perseverent type of person..and few are the people like u
i was wondering too... since i read this energy thing.. i kept asking myself wht if the energy tht embraces us is what we call god..? is it possible..?or is it just nonesens.. u know cuz they keep saying that god is all the way around,,, so..?
