Hi All.. I Thought id stop in and say hi and wish all of you a great weekend... I havent been online in discussion groups as much lately, just because life has called my attention other places... But recently I felt like re-connecting... I feel like my life is going through an period of expansion and high activity again, and Im trying to catch up with in my self... after a few years of my world contracting, its a bit scary to be expanding again.... Im being pushed out of my comfort zone a bit now, to expand and grow again, that seems to be where the universe is heading...
SO any ideas on ways for me to ease into periods of uncertainty.... with expansion I feel like theres a releasing of control... any ideas on easing this?
I know theres a bit of fear going on, and I also know that everything im afraid of hasnt even happened and im bring past experiences into it.... with that awareness its easier, but I still cant completely dismiss that feeling...

Nice to hear from you again! I can relate to your feeling that your universe is expanding again after a period of contraction. I feel the same, maybe the whole world is feeling the same at the moment.
And releasing control is a key notion, although it sounds scary and can generate uncertainty. Don't be afraid ... that's really what we all need ... the end of control and control dramas ... So take it easy and stay centred!

Hi all love dropping back in for a little visit because I wanted to take a moment to tell you all just how much I LOVE YOU! Dear Shaman Ziggy,
Thank you for sharing this film and sending us your lOVE.
Dear ALL good souls here,
It's been a long time since we last chatted profusely.
I have started to experience the beginning of the end as I slipped and fell in the bath tub last week and hurt all my left side from shoulder to knee, possibly cracking a rib or two. I howled for twenty minutes then and am still in great pain. It was just one day before my moving house and three days before starting work again. Now I'm on sick leave for a week and trying to survive by myself in my new home in an ocean of unpacked crates that I can't budge without help.
If there is a lesson to learn, I'd better learn it quick before it comes back on me in a more violent way.
What do you all think it might mean?

Insight so sorry to hear of your miss fortune, when ever I find myself in need of help I do ONE thing, REST and in that rest everything returns to perfect balance, we just tend to get in the way of that perfect way sometimes and upset the apple cart. Will send you some healing energy this week to comfort you in your rest! SZ

Thank you so much for sending me healing energy.
I wish I could follow your advice and get some rest, but I'm back to work and I also need to look after myself every day, because I have no one to help me. I'll try and take it easy this week end.
Today a friend gave me a Chinese medicine healing session and managed to put a lot of things inside my body straight again. I might need more sessions, but I'm feeling better and better and I move more easily.

The resting I was talking about beside physical rest was taking short moments of mindful rest as in the teaching of balanced view http://www.greatfreedom.org/ when we can allow ourselves to just rest in our minds great healing comes with it. Hugs dear

Hello Shaman Ziggy,
I have just started tapping into your posts after receiving a welcome from you on my "new member" introduction. I am finding a wealth of energy and thought-provoking material. I am becoming quite excited about my newest journey that will take me to work in Mexico. Everything just seems to flow.
Time does seem to speed up. I do find myself a bit annoyed as I see more and more of my damaging thoughts. I find the reaction time to these thoughts have quite simply become almost instantaneous. My answer seems to be to go inside more often. My dreams have become more vivid, my thoughts more clear. I am still seeking my gift to give; maybe it is in becoming more kind to others, as I have found, the clearer my thoughts, the more aware I become of my energy, and the more aware I become of my selfishness and the unconscious ways, now becoming conscious. of how I tend to manipulate outcomes, even though the intent is good. Is that not impeding flow....

Thank you so much for these inspirational words. This is so true. I think I will print it out and frame it so that I can always remember your words. Maybe I can put a flower wreath like a Christmas wreath around it and use it as frame. I think that would just look fantastic. |

Linda, thanks and so happy to have your amazing energy charging this space as well, "Everything just seems to flow:)" I have found this to be true as well since I moved out of the whats in it for me space and into my new how can I be of service to the greater good space. James talks about moving into this space standing tall in all your integrity and honesty and living an authentic life. The rest is that amazing flow you talk of and when you find it WOW it picks you up nurtures you and sends you on your road to destiny. The best is yet to come so hang on the ride is about to come to that point where we must really trust and "Let Go" and as we fly together over the waterfall called htis life at this time we must trust the wings of our ancient knowledge to carry us wing tip to wing tip into the light that is all of us as ONE amazing energy. Enjoy mexico and all it lessons on need for compassion. SZ

Johan, most everything I do in my teaching work is open to the public. I am just launching a new campaign called "Project Restoration Earth" I am very excited about and will be putting up a link here soon. I know about that eyes wide open thing you talk about for sure this is a time for that. I believe the waring days are over and its time to clean up the mess and I also believe that we are the ones we have been waiting for to do this and that this is our time, so enjoy and thanks ziggy
