Message heard from different sources

I am an avid reader and I have a kindle. I have found two books that speak the same messages to me as The Celestine Vison. My sister-in-law recommended The Shack by William P. Young. My brother passed away in 2010 of lung cancer and the book had been recommended to her to ease her pain. The 2nd book is The Fourth Awakening by Rod Pennington and Jeffrey A. Martin. Is a great change coming? Through mediation and prayer are we changing how we access our minds?

The Shack tells us that we can connect and speak directly to God. We are his church. That The Holy Trinity is always with us, all of us. That when Jesus died on the cross for our sins, he died for all of us for all our future sins. That we all go to heaven.

The Awakening speaks of a universial shift in our brains. Our futures are made by our intentions. So beware of what you speak or cause our intentions to fall upon because it becomes manifast. We can change our world by changining our minds. Only positive thoughts allowed.

The church takes a hit in both of these books. We would not need a church to relay of thoughts to heaven if we can speak directly. The 2nd book discusses the fact that if we can create the future ourselves, we may begin to think we are God.

Any thoughts? Both books are a good read.

Hi, Ibeliever, you know I have always believed that God is universal the source of all things, therefore having according to the bible, created in Gods likeness, I too am universal, therefore I do not need a church to speak directly to God,I, already have it, all the time, with in and without, its all around me in the air that we breath, the earth, the sky, rivers, mountains,valleys,plains streams and oceans, all living things, everyhuman being, this universal connectedness, which connects all. If only we remain aware. Try it, walk down a road or in a park, pay attention to whats around you, open your heart and mind, to everything you see hear,see and smell. When your climbing a hill and feel you cannot go any further ask for the trees and plants to assist you and see what happens. Its amazing think that to be so universally connected means that all the knowledge that ever existed is universal and remains universal, therefore if you remain aware and connected to the then that knowledge is yours whenever you need it. Yes we may consider ourselves as God, for God is universal and therefore we are universal connected to all things. Namaste Eve
