Hi All,

Here's a great body tonic that helps the body in so many ways that I don't want to try and list all of them here. This isn't a magic potion, but it comes really close to that for aiding in all kinds of body repair and protection.
Personally, it helped cure acid reflux I had since i was 12, got rid of the beginning signs of arthritis, really increased my body energy level, boosted my immune system and helped me recover from a 12 year exposure to black mold.
It's called Kombucha Tea. It has been around for a very long time and is widely used in Eastern Europe and Asia and India. Kombucha is fermented tea; not alcoholic fermentation but a unique, healthy fermentation which grows a culture of yeast and healthy bacterium that covers the top of the tea like skin.
There are many websites out there if you want to google it, and the best book I've found on the subject is "Kombucha Tea - For Your Health and Healing" by Alick and Mari Bartholomew - Gateway Books, Bath, UK publisher.
Here is a link to a great website that sells the finished tea and the equipment to grow it. I highly suggest that anyone try this tea. Our strongest healer is Spirit, however, what we put in our bodies as food and medicine makes a big difference in how we feel physically. There are many irritants to the human condition that our environment poses to us as unavoidable (smog for one), and i feel there is a need to try to counteract their deleterious effects in the body.

Thanks for sharing this. Do you think it can benefit people with oral health problems, too? I know that black and green tea can help with oral care, and I was wondering if Kombucha Tea does the same thing. Dentist in Orange
